Sonya is an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Compliance Department.

With over 20 years’ experience in all areas of corporate compliance and company secretarial practice Sonya works closely with clients to ensure compliance with their annual regulatory and reporting obligations and with their ongoing company secretarial requirements. Sonya’s experience extends to a variety of industries and company sizes, from SMEs to international businesses and the charities sector.

Sonya also has extensive experience with certification for the ISO 9001:2015 quality mark and a keen interest in GDPR and Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (MLTF) legislation.

Sonya joined the firm in 2021 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2024. She has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Certificates in Company Secretarial Practice and Aircraft Leasing Finance from the Law Society of Ireland. Sonya is also a qualified EU GDPR Practitioner.
