With over 11 years of expertise, her audit experience spans internal audits, financial control reviews, risk management, and compliance, including roles in both public and private sectors.

Lara has led audits for various high-profile public sector clients, focusing on areas such as payroll, internal controls, grant audits, and compliance. Her work includes financial and operational reviews, management of audit engagements, and delivering insights that drive process improvements and compliance assurance. She is adept at conducting risk-based audits, assessing control effectiveness, and providing recommendations to strengthen governance.

Lara joined Crowleys DFK in 2024 as a Senior Internal Auditor. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance. Additionally, she is skilled in advanced audit methodologies and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, bringing a data-driven approach to audit processes and efficiency improvements.
