Kim is a Partner in our Practice Development Department.

She brings over 25 years of experience as a marketing and business development professional, specialising in the professional services and business-to-business sectors.

Kim leverages her extensive background and innovative approach to strengthen our market presence and drive strategic growth. With a particular emphasis on brand management, she ensure our values and expertise resonate with both current and potential clients.

Committed to developing our specialisms and enhancing specialist skillsets, she works closely with the Partner group to align services with market demands and promote sustainable growth.

She leads a team of professionals who support the Firm in building strong and trusted client relationships through innovative business development and marketing programmes.

Kim joined the Firm in 2008 and was appointed Partner in 2024. She holds a B.A. in Business Studies (Marketing) from the University of Limerick.
