Karen is Director of Operations & Innovation.

She is responsible for leading the implementation of the firm’s operational strategies, as well as the continuing modernisation of our business through innovation and new technologies.

Since joining Crowleys DFK, Karen has been working on various projects to modernise our business processes and use of innovative technologies.

Karen joined the firm in 2019 and was appointed Director of Operations & Innovation in 2022. She is an experienced project manager and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
