Emma is a Senior Project Manager in our Consulting Department.

With a multifaceted skillset, Emma has extensive expertise managing project assignments on behalf of clients particularly in the public sector and regulatory sector. Working closely with clients to understand their needs, she has a proven track record of delivering project deliverables to time, budget and quality within appropriate governance frameworks.

Applying a forward-thinking approach to project management, Emma effortlessly navigates through every phase of the project lifecycle. Her expertise is evident through her thorough and methodical planning, monitoring and controlling of projects, ensuring they align with objectives.

Emma joined the firm in 2011 and was appointed Senior Project Manager in 2024. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a UCD Professional Diploma in Project Management.
