Emma is a Manager in our Corporate Compliance Department.

With extensive experience in all areas of corporate compliance, Emma works closely with clients to ensure compliance with their regulatory and reporting requirements. She helps clients fulfil their annual compliance obligations, including preparing certification statements and board minutes for financial statements and filing annual returns and abridged accounts with the Companies Registration Office.

Emma also assists clients in navigating complex corporate compliance issues they face and provides prompt technical advice to any queries they have.

Emma joined the firm in 2014 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2019. She is a Chartered Accountant.
