Conor is an Assistant Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

A Chartered Accountant with deep sectoral insight, Conor provides financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and internal control advisory services to a wide range of public sector bodies. He brings strong technical knowledge of public sector accounting and has hands-on experience in applying Government Circulars and relevant accounting standards in the public sector, including FRS 102 and Central Government Accounting Standards (CGAS).

Conor has also led reviews focused on the effectiveness of financial governance structures and reporting processes, helping State Bodies strengthen accountability and internal controls performance.

Conor joined the firm in 2020 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant.
