Aimee specialises in providing company secretarial services tailored specifically for the aviation sector.

She has a proven track record of supporting aviation companies in setting up, navigating the complex regulatory landscape, implementing governance structures, ensuring seamless compliance with industry standards, and fostering robust corporate governance practices.

Aimee joined MoyleRoe Corporate Services in 2022, which merged with Crowleys DFK in 2024. She is a qualified Company Secretary. She also holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute and a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
