David is a Partner in the Public Sector & Government Services Department at Crowleys DFK. He has particular expertise in the provision of accounting and advisory services to our public sector clients. He continues to lead the department’s financial advisory and business advisory assignments. This is in areas such as financial reporting framework implementation, MIS design, strategic finance support, risk management, internal audits and governance compliance.

David also leads the audits of a wide portfolio of medium to large sized client’s operating in a variety of industries. His experience also includes a number of advisory assignments, including governance and risk compliance, due diligence and corporate turnarounds.

David joined the firm in 2006 and became a Partner in 2019. He is a chartered accountant and a first class honours Bachelor of Arts graduate.
