Gavin is an Assistant Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

Gavin has extensive experience conducting audits of third-party beneficiaries in receipt of national and EU funding to deliver publicly funded programmes. These beneficiaries—often non-profit or community-based organisations—operate under formal funding agreements or programme delivery frameworks. Gavin’s audit work focuses on evaluating compliance with project deliverables, financial and operational terms of funding agreements, and the robustness of governance structures and internal control environments within these organisations.

Gavin has strong technical expertise in public sector financial reporting and compliance, with a particular focus on FRS 102 and the Central Government Accounting Standards (CGAS) that guide financial reporting within Irish government departments.

Gavin joined the firm in 2019 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant.
