Conor is an Assistant Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

He is highly experienced in public sector financial reporting and provides support to a portfolio of the firm’s public sector clients. He plays a key role in supporting these clients through financial reporting cycles, budget preparation, and general ledger oversight.

In addition, Conor has developed specialist expertise in grant audits and third-party beneficiary reviews. He has led numerous audits assessing the administration of public funds, with a focus on ensuring compliance with DPER Circular 13/2014 and EU funding guidelines. These reviews evaluate adherence to grant agreements, and assess the effectiveness of governance structures and internal controls implemented by third-party recipients.

Conor joined the firm in 2019 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant.
