Lawrence is a Manager in our Risk Consulting Department.

With a specialised focus on IT audits, Lawrence has led several key IT audit projects, such as IT General Controls (ITGC) Audits, IT Governance Reviews, and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Audits. Additionally, he has conducted cybersecurity audits aligned with the Public Sector Cyber Security Baseline Standards, ensuring that clients’ systems meet stringent security requirements.

His core areas of expertise include Information Systems Audit, IT General and Application Controls Review, and benchmarking against established compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and the NCSC Cybersecurity Baseline Standards. Lawrence uses Computer Aided Audit Techniques (CAATs) to perform advanced data analyses, improving the accuracy and reliability of audit results.

Adept at identifying risks and recommending robust controls, Lawrence delivers actionable insights to enhance clients’ cybersecurity postures and compliance. His work in IT audits supports clients’ objectives of secure, reliable information systems that meet regulatory and operational standards.

Lawrence joined the firm in 2022 and was promoted to Manager in 2024. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and is Certified in Cybersecurity.
