Niall is an Assistant Manager in our Public Sector & Government Services Department.

As a subject matter expert in public sector accounting, Niall possesses extensive experience in offering financial reporting, financial analysis, and advisory services on internal controls to our diverse portfolio of public sector clients.

Niall is also highly trained and skilled in conducting SICAP audits.

Niall brings to our clients, an extensive understanding of prevailing Public Sector guidelines and Government Circulars. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in assisting many of our public sector clients with their transition to and implementation of FRS 102. He is skilled in the usage of accounting systems: Sage, SAP, Exchequer, NAV and Herbst.

Niall joined the firm in 2019 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2024. He is a Chartered Accountant.
